FSc Chemistry Book1, CH 11, LEC 16; Effect of Temperature and Arrhenius Equation

This video lecture from Reaction Kinetics (F.Sc. first year Chemistry) covers the effect of temperature on the rate of reaction and the Arrhenius equation. According to the kinetic model of nature, temperature and average kinetic energy of molecules are directly proportional hence higher number of molecules will now have the minimum required energy for effective collisions and the number of effective collisions will increase. The relationship has been described mathematically by Arrhenius which relates rate constant with activation energy and temperature.
